Pilot in hospital following helicopter accident in Ontario

The question of what caused the helicopter accident is now under investigation. No passengers were on board.

On Sunday morning, a pilot was taken to the hospital following a helicopter accident in Brantford.

The Branford police department responded to the helicopter crash at 7:00 am between Golf and Powerline Roads.

An investigator with the Transportation Safety Board, Daniel Ferlatte, informed CTV News Kitchener that the pilot did not suffer life-threatening injuries. Ferlatte added that the helicopter was spraying pesticide to a nearby field when it went down.
