Pro-abortion activists target Nancy Pelosi's home after she praised them for protesting the Supreme Court

"We’re here because Nancy Pelosi and the whole leadership of the Democratic Party has been complicit, complicit with the fascist Republican Party," said one on the protestors outside Pelosi’s home.

On Tuesday evening, pro-abortion protestors descended upon House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Fransisco home, demanding that she "investigate the corrupt justices" and "save abortion."

The protest’s organizer, Ruth Sent Us, is the same one that has been organizing numerous other protests across the country, including inside Catholic churches and outside the homes of what they call "extremist" Catholic, conservative Supreme Court justices.

In a thread of tweets posted Monday afternoon, the organization described their plans to march "to the front door of [Nancy Pelosi’s] Pac Heights mansion to demand: #SaveAbortionNancy #DefendRoe"

"We have had careless and cowardly representation by @SpeakerPelosi. The GOP followed a scorched earth strategy with endless Benghazi hearings and ACA repeals, but she passed endless bills that lay on @LeaderMcConnell's desk and refused to hold hearings on TRUMPIAN crimes," the group added.

"When nauseating [Supreme Court Justice Brett] Kavanaugh was nominated in 2018, Dems knew he was a Bush campaign operative who had perjured himself in previous confirmation hearings," the thread continued. "He was also a known alcoholic and gambler. Then his serial sexual assaults came to light. He was still seated on SCOTUS."

"Through Herculean efforts of grassroots volunteers, [Pelosi] was reinstated in 2019," it added. "She held ZERO hearings into Kavanaugh’s crimes and perjury. Imagine if she had. Would this creep be on the Court, daring to overturn Roe?"

The thread included a flyer for the planned protest, which called Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett "liars."

Video taken outside the residence showed protestors holding signs of the justices with the word "liar" written on them. They also held up a banner that stated: "abortion on demand & without apology."

"We’re here because Nancy Pelosi and the whole leadership of the Democratic Party has been complicit, complicit with the fascist Republican Party," said one on the protestors outside Pelosi’s home.

Pelosi had perviously praised those that protested outside the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh, saying they had "channeled their righteous anger into meaningful action."

In a letter titled "Dear Colleague on the Supreme Court Draft Ruling," Pelosi said: "Make no mistake: once Republicans have dispensed with precedent and privacy in overturning Roe, they will take aim at additional basic human rights.  At this pivotal moment, the stakes for women – and every American – could not be higher."

Later in the letter, she continued, "While we have seen and heard extraordinary anguish in our communities, we have been moved by how so many have channeled their righteous anger into meaningful action: planning to march and mobilize to make their voices heard."

Pelosi notably did not condemn those picketing at the homes of Supreme Court justices, despite three of the six being targeted residing in Virginia, where it is illegal to protest outside of private residences. It is also a federal crime to threaten judges to try to change their rulings during open cases.

Protests have sparked up across the nation following the leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion last week indicating that a majority of the justices would vote to overturn Roe v Wade.
