A former inmate at the Washington Corrections Center for Women in Gig Harbor, Washington is sounding the alarm after allegedly experiencing  and witnessing biological males sexually assaulting female prisoners. These males transferred into the women's prison after saying they identified as transgender and should be treated as women.

The former longtime inmate, who wished to remain anonymous, described to National Review multiple allegations of sexual assault carried out by convicted biological male inmates in women's prisons, including accusations against a biological male named Jonathon who now goes by the name Jazzy.

According to the former inmate, multiple female prisoners filed complaints with prison staff accusing Jazzy of sexual assault. In one incident, a female inmate was sleeping when she was awoken to Jazzy's erect penis. She alleges that Jazzy "touched her all over" while dawning an "obvious erection," National Review reports.

After the inmate reported the sexual assault, prison staff at WCCW were allegedly hesitant to take the allegations seriously after Jazzy dodged responsibility and accused the victim of being "homophobic."

According to the anonymous inmate, in sexual misconduct proceedings prison staff at WCCW tend to favor transgendered inmates in order to avoid discrimination litigation. The facility allegedly dismisses the sexual assault allegations and turns around to place blame on the accusers instead of the assaulters.

The woman assaulted by Jazzy was penalized for filing a "fake PREA claim" of prison rape and was isolated, the inmate said. Under the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), a falsified claim is addressed by removing the problematic prisoner from the general population, the outlet reports.

But according to the inmate, "Jazzy" was never reprimanded or removed from general population, leaving the biological male to reoffend.

Scott Fleming, a former corrections officer at WCCW, told National Review that some male convicts manipulate the system and take advantage of the transgender transfer policy in order to be housed with women. Inmates that abuse this policy have been known to revert to their original gender upon release from prison.

The inmate said that Jazzy confessed to having been able to keep the fact that a full transition had not been undergone and was able to keep the male genitalia a secret from officials. Jazzy claimed to have been "pretending to cry" to get out of the examination and accused the prison staff of prejudice.

According to the inmate, Jazzy claimed to have effectively manipulated the examiners to the point a nurse cried along with Jazzy while Jazzy protested the strip search.

Jazzy isn't the only biological male inmate who identifies as transgender who has allegedly sexually assaulted female prisoners at WCCW.

A biological male named Hobby Bingham, who after transitioning goes by the name Princess Zoee Marie Andromeda-Love, sexually assaulted former female inmate Heather Trent.

Both Flemming and the inmate told National Review that Andromeda-Love sexually abused Heather Trent who is mentally disabled and has the disposition of a "little girl."

The former corrections officer said that Andromeda-Love would openly brag that she would make a "million-dollar baby" with females at the facility, according to the outlet.

In a separate incident, Trent was also allegedly raped by a transgender prisoner named Ziggy, except Ziggy is a biological female who transitioned to a male when she was young, according to Women's Liberation Front.

The inmate told National Review that Ziggy had been taken off hormones once admitted to prison which made Ziggy sexually aggressive. Ziggy groomed Trent and convinced her not to report the sexual assault to prison staff or else they "couldn't get married."

A representative with Washington State Department of Corrections told National Review that they do not have any of the allegations on file when asked for comment.

In November, Women's Liberation Front filed a lawsuit against the state of California for similar instances of sexual assault in women's prisons.

The lawsuit alleges that California Department of Corrections is endangering women by housing biological men in female prisons. More than 260 inmates have sought transfer since the prisoner self-ID law went into effect January 1, 2021.
