"It took too long to get it right," Joe Biden said during Thursday night's presidential debate. After President Trump pointed out that the cages at deportation centers at the Mexican-American border were built under the Obama/Biden administration, Biden said they just didn't have enough time to get it right.

Biden had eight years, working with an incredibly popular president, Barack Obama, to sort out the problems with immigration at the border, and what they ended up with were kids in cages.

When media wanted to serve accusations about poorly handled immigration policies to Trump, they used a photo of a child in a cage that was taken during the Obama/Biden administration.
