New footage has just emerged of Creepy Joe being ... well, creepy. On Friday, Joe Biden visited Rolling Fork, Mississippi to tour areas impacted by a recent tornado and during the visit the president uncomfortably hovered over and touched another young girl.

In a video posted to TikTok by user lauramclaughlin37 the president can be seen grabbing the youngster's hand and leaning over close, apparently pulling her closer to him. The president then touches the young girl's necklace and continues to interact as he blocks the view of the camera and invades her personal space.

The interaction is another in a string of uncomfortable moments between the 80-year-old Biden and minors.

In October 2022, Biden spoke at Irvine Valley College and during the event leaned in over a girl for a photo op, put his hand on the girl's shoulder, and then gave her dating advice.

As the girl looked up at him he said, "Now, a very important thing I told my daughter and granddaughters, no serious guys 'til you're 30."

The girl turned away, surprised, but Biden pressed on and repeated himself.

In March 2022, Biden gave the same dating advice to another group of young girls and said "the only thing I want you girls to remember, no serious guys 'til you're 30 years old."

Biden has a history of being a bit creepy and touchy, having earned the moniker "Creepy Uncle Joe" from the Washington Post going back to at least 2015.

Biden has also been accused of being a hair sniffer, an odd whisperer, and allegations of even stranger behavior have been leveled at him via his own daughter's diary.

According to the Associated Press 13 residents of the Mississippi town died in the tornado and the residents, including the young girl, were grieving losses due to the weather catastrophe.

Biden said to residents, "We’re not just here for today. We’re going to get it done for you. We’re going to make sure you can stay right here."
