Church set ablaze during Philadelphia riots
The Vietnam Baptist Church building in Philadelphia was allegedly torched Tuesday night during the second night of Black Lives Matter protests in the city after the police shooting of Walter Wallace.
Amid rampant rioting and looting over the police shooting of Walter Wallace, the Philadelphia City Council has passed a bill banning the use of tear gas by officers against "peaceful protesters."
"The people who are doing that are setting a bad example. They aren’t helping me and my family—they’re showing disrespect. They’re making it look like we’re animals and we’re not."
