Democrat politicians were busted again recently failing to obey local Democrat-imposed mask mandates after touting the coronavirus restrictions.
Photos obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) alongside actual Native Americans partying indoors at Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland's wedding without masks in violation of New Mexico's public health restrictions. An Interior Department spokesman, told the Free Beacon that guests at the wedding "were required to be vaccinated and wear masks" in accordance with "CDC guidance and New Mexico's public health orders."
Prior to Saturday's festivities, Democrat New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham issued a statewide order re-imposing an indoor mask mandate on Aug. 17.
According to the governor's press release for the order, "The re-implemented mask requirement applies to all individuals aged 2 and older in all indoor public settings, except when eating or drinking." The indoor mask requirement was effective Aug. 20 and will remain in effect until at least Sept. 15.
Haaland's wedding is the most recent example of progressive politicians flouting Democrat-imposed coronavirus restrictions while insisting that everyone else obey the mandates. Portland's Democrat Mayor Ted Wheeler was busted last week ignoring COVID-19 restrictions with others, meeting inside a hotel without wearing face masks. Democrat Oregon Governor Kate Brown imposed draconian COVID-19 restrictions last week including an outdoor mask mandate.
Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D- NY) attended a maskless wedding in France earlier this month in violation of a State Department "do not travel" recommendation.
The incidents come on the heels of former President Barack Obama's massive exclusive birthday party at Martha's Vineyard, which coincided with a spike in coronavirus cases that is threatening to overrun the island's only hospital.
