An IHOP restaurant in Wasilia, Arkansas posted a sign criticizing the Biden administration for making it so that it's impossible to hire enough people, forcing them to reduce their hours.

"Due to the fact that Biden gave out way too much free money and nobody wants to work anymore. We are forced to reduce our hours during this week," reads the sign, which goes on to describe those greatly reduced hours, with the restaurant having to close at 5pm during the week.

The Biden administration has trumpeted the fact that there are 210,000 more jobs in Nov. 2021 than in the month previous, according to the Daily Mail. However, many businesses still report difficulty in hiring and retaining staff, with negative overall consequences to their businesses. Many businesses have been dealing with this issues since much earlier in 2021.

Staff shortages have also been affecting other sectors of the workforce, including many school districts. This in turn has been said to have affected the quality of education received by school children nationwide.

The sign has sparked lots of passionate responses on both sides of the issue, with some people on social media voicing their unwavering support for the IHOP, and stating they would be patronizing the restaurant more in the future.

Others, however, said that they would no longer be patronizing the restaurant, due to their political stance.
