A video posted to social media on Wednesday showed two Memphis men, both black males, making threats with one referencing suspect Ezekial Kelly's murder of mother Allison Parker saying, "He already shot a white hoe," and then "Man, I'm fixin’ to shoot a white old lady, sh*t, while her grandkids in the car."

According to local news, Reginald Williams has been caught and charged with "felony commission act of terrorism, civil rights intimidation, disorderly conduct, and harassment."

The video Williams posted went viral on the heels of two high-profile violent incidents in Memphis within a few days.

On September 5, 38-year-old Cleotha Abston was arrested and charged with the abduction and brutal murder of Eliza Fletcher, a schoolteacher and mother of two.

19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly, killed a total of four and injured three in a rampage Wednesday, part of which he live streamed on Facebook.

Kelly was the suspected shooter that Williams referenced with "He already shot a white hoe," as Kelly gunned down West Memphis nurse Allison Parker in front of one of her children. Parker had seen Kelly crash a car and ran over to help him when he in turn ended her life and took her car.

The terrorist video went viral after it was posted. Subsequently CrimeStoppers offered a $2000 reward and over 40 tips came in. That combined with the city's Multi-Agency Gang Unit reviewing the footage helped hunt down the culprit.

In the video, Williams also says, "I’m fixin' to go on ahead and gone Zeek Mode on nothin' but white people. I catch any white hoe on the sidewalk you going to get popper tonight."

Williams has a court appearance scheduled for September 12 and no bond has been set.
