Washington DC Mayor Bowser officiated an indoor wedding on Saturday, the first day of her own new indoor mask mandate. She then stayed to party with hundreds of maskless people.

This news comes on the heels of the fact that, on Friday night, less than 24 hours ago at the time of this writing,  she was out on the town celebrating her birthday, also completely maskless.

According to the Washington Examiner, the wedding was held at The Line CD, a four-star hotel. Bowser herself was caught on camera without a mask on many occasions. Apparently she was also not seated at her assigned table, meaning that she was probably mixing with people far removed from her close circle.

The Examiner's own Tiana Lowe tweeted the following:

"Not 24 hours into the indoor mask mandate she imposed on DC, Muriel Bowser officiated an indoor wedding in Adams Morgan and stayed to fete with *hundreds* of fellow maskless guests."

Lowe then replied to her own tweet:

"When encountered by the Washington Examiner, Mayor Bowser confirmed that she officiated the maskless, indoor wedding, but when asked why she was violating her own mask mandate, her security retinue quickly escorted her away"
