This is in addition to the Netflix and Spotify deals he and Meghan Markle have lined up.

The Duke of Sussex will take on the role of "Chief Impact Officer" at BetterUp Inc., a company dedicated to coaching and mental health related services.

Specifically, the royal prince's job will pertain to product strategy and their charity department, as well as being a public face on the topic of mental health.

In a statement to the Wall Street Journal, Harry said, “I intend to help create impact in people’s lives. Proactive coaching provides endless possibilities for personal development, increased awareness, and an all-round better life.”

The outlet says BetterUp’s CEO Alexi Robichaux began talks with Harry last fall after meeting through a mutual acquaintance. Notably, a Chief Impact Officer is an unusual job title more used in nonprofit foundations, but in this case it’ll reportedly fit the broader ranges of expertise where Harry is suited.

Further remarks from Harry sought to redefine what mental health really means. He reframed it as all the experiences that we go through throughout our lives instead of focusing specifically on the things that went wrong. “Often because of societal barriers, financial difficulty, or stigma, too many people aren’t able to focus on their mental health until they’re forced to. I want us to move away from the idea that you have to feel broken before reaching out for help.”

An issue that has been at the forefront in recent weeks after a scandalous interview Harry and his wife Meghan Markle did with Oprah Winfrey. The two-hour deep dive explored the falling out the couple had with the Royal Family and their eventual transition to living in North America.
