"That impact was doubled that day because of the misogyny and the racism that was so deeply rooted and animated—that attack on the Capitol, you know, white supremacy and patriarchy are very linked."

Update: YouTube has removed the Project Veritas video because it "contains content from Turner CNN, who has blocked it on copyright grounds."

"Big tech is colluding with @CNN to take down the #BeingAOC leak," commented Project Veritas chief of staff Eric Spracklen. "This is as Orwellian as it gets."

Project Veritas released footage on Tuesday from a yet to be aired CNN documentary featuring Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who talks about her experience on January 6 and ties that afternoon's riot her own sexual assault.

AOC told anchor Dana Bash that on January 6 as someone who turned out to be Capitol Police knocked on her door, she was "psychologically preparing" herself for the "worst," adding that she was worried that she wouldn't just be killed, but also raped. The officer was actually checking in to make sure she was okay.

"That impact was doubled that day because of the misogyny and the racism that was so deeply rooted and animated—that attack on the Capitol, you know, white supremacy and patriarchy are very linked in a lot of ways. There's a lot of sexualizing of that violence," said the New York representative in reference of her sexual assault.

The CNN documentary praises AOC for being a confident, glamorous, celebrity status woman. Project Veritas points out that Bash tends to ask AOC soft questions, avoiding anything too "hard hitting."

"Some might say Bash's questions for Congresswoman Cortez were anything but hard hitting," stated Project Veritas, using Bash's question regarding where AOC gets her confidence as an example.

In another soft-ball question, Bash asks, "you're now in your second term in the House, you have 12 million Twitter followers, nine million Instagram followers, and they all know you by three letters: AOC. So, what's it like to be AOC?"

"Um, you know, it's, uh, it's an interesting question because I just feel like I really try to be is—to be like my neighbors and to be like the folks at the bodega that I get coffee from," responds AOC.

The documentary also touches upon an incident with Congressman Ted Yoho, who called AOC a "f*cking b*tch" last year, even showing a montage of TikTok videos that use AOC's speech about Yoho as audio for their videos.

According to Project Veritas, the documentary, reportedly titled "Being AOC," will air next month on CNN.
