The City Commissioners' live stream at the Philadelphia Convention Center where ballots are being counted continues to show people busy counting ballots, with none of the observers even remotely close enough to the action to see what's going on.

One can see people diligently working in the live stream as it unfolds, but no observers are visible.

The events of Thursday morning have been moving back and forth quite a bit, with legal actions on both sides of the issue, and plenty of confusion left in their wake.

The Trump campaign kicked things off on Thursday by suing to allow "meaningful access" to the counting room to observe the process up close (a move they have seen fit to repeat in many locations), as their chosen observers had been turned away by barriers and security. They were later let in, but kept out of the counting room, then allowed in but ordered to keep a large distance, which the Trump campaign legal team argued successfully did not constitute meaningful access.

They won the suit and a 15 man team was allowed in, though they were still kept out by those at the Convention Center.

Adding to the mayhem, NBC falsely reported that local Democrats had successfully appealed the decision and the voting process was stopped. While appearing credible, the story later turned out to be a hoax.

There are still plenty of mail-in ballots left to be counted in Pennsylvania, with 340,735 left to go at 4:08 p.m. on Thursday. This was down from 581,167 at 12:41 p.m., and 369,375 at 1:31 p.m. It appears at this point that there has been no further counting since 3:42 p.m.
