Former US President Donald Trump has created the Office of the Former President in Palm Beach, Florida, Fox News Reports.
In a statement, the office says that it will be responsible for "correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities."
"The Office will also "advance the interests of the United States and… carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism," the statement reads.
The announcement comes as the Democrats took the impeachment case against Trump to the Senate. Trump is the first president in US History to be impeached twice.
The new round of impeachment comes after the insurrection of the US Capitol on Jan. 6. Incitement to insurrection is what the House of Representatives charged Trump with.
