The two floated the idea last May, and the video drops Friday morning.

Anti-woke rapper Tom MacDonald and Ben Shapiro will be joining forces in a music video premiering on Friday.

The announcement was made on MacDonald's social media where he posted a video about a "Facetime" call he was making with the person appearing in his video later that week.

With a caption reading, "Who's rapping with me on Friday?" MacDonald posted the video of himself telling his followers people have been asking who will be in his next music video.

MacDonald proceeded to "Facetime" Shapiro. A small clip of the political commentator popped up on the screen. Shapiro said, "Hey Tom. What's up?"

Prior to making the announcement, MacDonald had set the stage for the large drop, posting, "I will reveal the special guest who’s rapping in my new music video TOMORROW at 9 AM."

As per MacDonald's usual music drops, he released a graphic for the music video on Thursday with the title of the song, "Facts."

In May of 2023, Shapiro interviewed MacDonald about his career in the music industry. While they were talking, they floated the idea for them to "collaborate" together on a song together.

At the time Shapiro had been hesitant, saying that he was more into classical music as a concert violinist. MacDonald insisted that he could have "untapped potential" in the world of rap music.

During the interview, Shapiro brought up his only rap experience being when he reacted to and parodied the Cardi B. song "WAP" that mainstream media freaked out over.

MacDonald has gained a following as an ant-woke rapper with #1 iTunes hits such as “Fake Woke” and “End of the World” featuring John Rich.

The rapper told his audience the music video drops at 9 am pacific on Friday, as per usual for MacDonald.
