The Trans Resistance March kicked off in Boston on Saturday as trans take center stage at this year's Pride festivities across the US. As part of the march, Boston Medical handed out free "packers," and the march was less about pride and celebration and more about social justice resistance and political action.

"There's a plethora of different kinds of packers out there," said one of those manning the booth for Boston Medical, showing off the various sizes and shapes. A packer would be worn by a trans-identified female who wished to give the appearance of having a penis under her clothes. These were given out for free. Target began selling underwear for packing in 2022.

Boston Children's Hospital founded the first-ever pediatric gender clinic in the country, and offers all kinds of medical interventions for sex changes, from puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to double mastectomies for teen girls and genital reconstruction surgeries starting at 18.

"No justice, no peace," they chanted as they marched in colors representing all the new varieties of gender identity, legal observers in tow. There were some rainbows, as in years past, but a greater number of more obscure colors could be seen, from flags representing bisexual pride, nonbinary pride, gender fluid pride, and transgender pride. Rebecca Brannon was on the scene for TPUSA's Frontlines with Drew Hernandez.

"Hey hey, ho ho, transphobia has to go," chanted the crowd, made up predominantly of white people.

Among their demands are that "abortion pills and HRT" should be "fully legal" and "fully free." Abortion and sex changes have been linked in many laws and activist mantras. In New York, California, Minnesota, and other states, the legalization of abortion and the furtherance of legal sex changes for minors often go hand in hand. President Joe Biden backs this as well, which leads to the question of just who the Trans Resistance activists think are oppressing them. Gender ideology is standard fare from the White House on down to many, many Democrat-led states. Trans Resistance activists and others want the service of pregnancy termination to be free and available on demand.

HRT, or hormone replacement therapy, is part of sex change, wherein a person will take hormones of the opposite sex, testosterone for women, estrogen for men, to alter the appearance of their bodies to emulate the secondary sex characteristics of the opposite sex. This means women develop deeper voices, facial and body hair, and men's features soften, with the enlargement of their breasts.

A trans-identified male led the marchers in a chant of "trans is beautiful." Much of the push with gender ideology is to upend traditional concepts of beauty, by using political force to recreate the realm of aesthetics.

During the march, a trans-identified woman marched topless, face covered by a bandana, draped in a non-binary flag, showing off her double mastectomy scars. She looked down at them almost as though to make sure her breasts were still not there.

"Trans rights are women's rights–same struggle same fight!" They chanted. "Trans rights are under attack, what do we do: stand up, fight back." A woman proudly carried a trans flag alongside a trans-identified male who wore a face mask and kept hands in pockets.

Some wore clothes proclaiming "protect trans kids" while waving trans flags emblazoned with the anarchy symbol. Still others carried pink and black banners, the symbol for "queer anarchism." Marshals in yellow vests blocked streets and stopped traffic.

"A boy without a pussy is like an angel without wings," read a sign carried by a trans-identified teen who walked with a woman who may have been his mother. Members of the IATSE Local stagehands union carried a progress flag sign with their identification on it.

Brannon also shared footage of the many kids who were dragged along to the Trans Resistance March by their parents.

Trans Resistance touts itself as a group that "advocate[s] for the safety, joy, and liberation of TQBIPOC, and organize an annual March & Festival in June that returns to the authentic origins of pride." TQBIPOC, for the uninitiated, means trans, queer, brown, indigenous, person of color, and it represents a departure from the more traditional LGBT, which stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. TQBIPOC is a further political designation.
