On Sunday, Twitter owner Elon Musk tweeted out "My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci" hours after Michael Shellenberger tweeted out part four of the Twitter files.

Republican Senator Rand Paul from Kentucky has promised to investigate Fauci for his Covid policies. The two have clashed on several occasions as the senator claims Fauci lied to Congress multiple times, such as concerning the possibility that Covid was man-made.

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene affirmed Musk's pronouns right away and Jack Posobiec wrote, "Drop the Fauci Files next."

Senator Rand Paul also confronted Fauci in January on whether he funded gain of function research at the Wuhan, China lab from which the virus most likely escaped.

House GOP have promised to investigate Fauci's policies over the Covid response and in November Fauci said, "If there are oversight hearings I absolutely will cooperate fully and testify before the Congress," reported CNBC.

"I have no trouble testifying — we can defend and explain everything that we've said," Fauci added.

According to Newsweek, Kent Heckenlively and Dr. Paul Elias Alexander, who worked as an aide to Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Michael Caputo in the Trump administration, wrote a book titled "Presidential Takedown: How Anthony Fauci, the CDC, NIH, and the WHO Conspired to Overthrow President Trump."

Alexander accuses Fauci in the book of undermining Trump through the Covid policy, such as school closures and lockdowns, coming from the NIH and CDC.

On Twitter, responses ranged from "amen" to comments that they would "respect" Musk's preferred pronouns.

The first round of the Twitter files showed that Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was censored by Twitter under its former leadership with a "Do Not Amplify" tag and Kirk questioned whether Twitter had acted at the behest of Dr. Fauci and the federal government.

Earlier in the year, Dr. Anthony Fauci said China's draconian lockdowns were successful in preventing the spread of Covid, while the measures implemented by the CCP resulted in a dozen people being burned alive on November 24 as they were locked inside an apartment building in the Xinjiang region of the country.

In October Fauci falsely claimed that he had "nothing to do" with the nationwide school closures during Covid that have caused consequential damage to the country's youth while speaking to ABC's Jonathan Karl on Sunday during an episode of This Week.

As of 2022, Fauci has flip-flopped at least once on major Covid safety measures. In late September, Fauci declared the government "botched" and poorly executed "certain aspects" of the Covid response, such as masking, an issue he advocated against and then for.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt released to Twitter on Monday the full transcription of Fauci’s deposition in the ongoing case regarding social media censorship, in which it was revealed that Fauci's daughter worked for Twitter during the pandemic.
