The YouTuber suspect in the shooting that took the lives of a couple on the Vegas strip on Sunday has turned himself in. The shooting was livestreamed at the time of the incident.

Finny Da Legend, who was one of the shooting victims as well as YouTube streamer, and suspect Sin City Manny, had been arguing over social media platforms for months over copyright infringement and other issues, according to 8 New Now.

Sin City Manny—real name Manuel Ruiz—41, will appear in court on Tuesday after turning himself into the police. He has been charged with two counts of murder in the fatal shooting of Finny the Legend as well as his wife, as they confronted Ruiz on Sunday, per Fox 5 Vegas.

Police described the shooting as a targeted incident tied to a prior conflict between the individuals. According to a statement from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released early Monday, officers were already in the area when they heard gunshots at approximately 10:40 pm along the 3600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard, near the Bellagio Resort & Casino, reports the New York Times.

When they arrived on scene, they discovered two individuals with apparent gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene after emergency medical personnel responded.

“The gunman and the victims knew each other and had previously engaged in conflict over social media,” the department said in its statement. Authorities said the shooting was an isolated incident.

Footage online of the shooting showed Ruiz opening fire as bystanders fled the scene in panic.
