A 61-year-old Aurora man has been charged in connection with the assumed death of his wife.
Helen Sedo went missing on July 29. She was last seen at her house on Treegrove Circle in the west of Aurora. Investigators announced they believe she is deceased, CP24 reports.
The suspect, John Sedo, was taken into custody by police on September 23 in connection with Helen's death. Investigators say he has been charged with murder but haven't specified whether its first-degree or second-degree.

According to his LinkedIn, John worked as a Section Manager for Ontario Power Generation.
In mid-September, police had began searches for the missing woman in the Huntsville area, where Sedo's family owns property.
