A group of anti-Israel activists chased Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her fiancé Riley Roberts out of a movie theater in Brooklyn on Monday demanding that the progressive congresswoman call the Jewish state’s war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza a "genocide."

Cell phone video showed the activists approaching the "Squad" member in the hallways outside the theater. They can be heard saying to Ocasio-Cortez, "You refuse to call it a genocide."

The congresswoman, who has been called antisemitic for her comments on the crisis in the Middle East demonizing the Jewish state, told the protesters "I need you to understand that this is not okay."

The activist replied, "It’s not okay that there’s a genocide happening and you’re not actively against it."

"You’re lying!" Ocasio-Cortez shouted.

As the congresswoman and her fiancé headed down an escalator, the activists continued to chide her for not calling the war a genocide saying, "If you can’t say it, just say it. Literally. We’re just talking to you like normal people. Just say it’s a genocide. Just say it.”

The activist, citing unverifiable numbers used by Hamas for their casualties in the conflict, added, “Over 30,000 people are dead AOC, you can’t just say it for once? Just say the word, that’s it. That’s all we want you to say."

As Ocasio-Cortez and Roberts left the building onto the street, the activists continued to follow and berate her. Roberts turned to ask them to stop as Ocasio-Cortez continued walking ahead alone.

One of the activists could be heard asking if the congresswoman was worried that the video would "go viral."

Ocasio-Cortez then spun around angrily to confront the activist alleging that the protesters would take edit the video so that her comments would be taken "completely out of context."

The progressive Democrat then appears to agree with the activists on the false narrative that Israel is committing a “genocide.”

"I already said that it was. And y’all are just gonna pretend that it wasn’t. Over and over again. It’s f*cked up man. And you’re not helping these people. You’re not helping them."

Since the Oct. 7 massacre of over 1,200 civilians and the kidnapping of over 250 more, the far-left rep has continued to condemn the Jewish state for defending itself against Hamas and the offensive in Gaza against terrorist strongholds.

She has accused Israel of committing war crimes and suggested that the US condition aid “…if not cutting aid to the Netanyahu government." Proof for these allegations has not been provided.

Ocasio-Cortez was mocked on social media for her angry reaction to the activists with some referencing a tweet she posted in 2020 that said, “The whole point of protesting is to make ppl uncomfortable.”
