A new report from the Media Research Center (MRC) has revealed that Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has associated Turning Point USA, Prager U, and other conservative organizations with terrorist and Nazi groups.

The Targeted Violence & Terrorism Prevention Grant Program under the Biden administration gave a total of 80 grants, costing taxpayers just under $40 million, per the report by Luis Cornelio and Tim Kilcullen.

One of these grant recipients was the University of Dayton, which MRC stated was "among the most radical grantees," and was awarded $352,109 to create the PREVENT-OHS program, "Which promised to draw on the expertise of the University of Dayton faculty to fight domestic violent extremism and hate movements."

The university’s grant application, approved by the Department of Homeland Security, contained a graphic placing Turning Point USA, the Make America Great Again movement, Quillette, Prager U, and the Heritage Foundation on a "Pyramid of Far-Right Radicalization."

Organizations such as Turning Point were placed one level lower than Nazis, with Fox News, the National Rifle Association, and the RNC at the bottom of the pyramid.

PREVENT-OHS hosts seminars and trains audience members to partake in actions meant to "destabilize" political movements.

One such lecturer, Michael Loadenthal, a Research Fellow at the University of Cincinnati and Antifa member, "explain[ed] in detail how to create dummy accounts of free speech social media platforms like Telegram, Gad and Rumble" to undermine conservative movements and act as instigators.

Loadenthal also participated in another PREVENTS-OH seminar called "White Nationalism Workshop," in which he explained how "antifascists" could "pressure financial services" including Paypal, Venmo, Patreon, and GoFundMe or "pressure retailers" like Amazon and "service providers" like Tinder and AirBnB to "kick people off."

Loadental openly "boasted" during the presentation that "a lot of the things we’re doing are illegal" and "a lot of it involves breaking the law," the report stated.

He claimed it was necessary because "hate speech is more than speech. It’s materiality. It’s organizing. It’s mobilization. It’s not an exchange of ideas in the marketplace and the best one wins. It’s something else. it’s the strategic deployment of organizational energy and power."

At the same seminar, University of Dayton professor Paul Becker showed "images of anti-lockdown and anti-vaccine mandate protestors, suggesting they were infiltrated by hate groups."

The message from Becker matched the artwork, titled "Anti-Rights Movements and Democratic Regression," sent by PREVENTS-OH to the city promoting its programs, which featured a caricature of a Second Amendment supporter with the words "why do we have a radicalized society."

The report found that Biden’s Department of Homeland Security is responsible for the new focus of the TVTP program, which started under the Obama administration to prevent homegrown Islamic terrorism.

On the campaign trail, Biden pledged to end the TVTP program, calling it the Trump administration’s program, and replace it with his own.

Upon being sworn in, he and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas overhauled and apparently "replace[d] the Office for Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention" with the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) with a new focus of "domestic violent extremism, including violent white supremacy."

The TVTP program was not abolished, but rather, the administration has "reimagined" it, "wielding it as a weapon against conservatives, Christians and the Republican Party under the guise of taking on the scourge of 'white supremacy,’" the MRC report stated.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
