A conservative marketplace app will be holding a "Day for Life" event on March 11, raising money through businesses around the country for local pregnancy centers.

On Monday, Amazon announced they’d be willing to pay employees up to $4000 in travel costs (annually) for non-life threatening medical treatments, including abortions.

Michael Seifert is the CEO and founder of a company called PublicSq. Their site’s platform is generally dedicated to connecting American communities to businesses who share conservative customer values.

Seifert unveiled the following public call to action as PublicSq. confirmed their company’s pro-life stance.

"While Amazon is paying their employees to have abortions, I'm calling on business owners to join us for a "Day For Life" on May 11 to celebrate life and raise money for local pregnancy centers."

"The announcement from Amazon is yet another example of a company that has made a grave miscalculation by kowtowing to the whims of the ‘woke’ movement. Corporate America has drifted away from the values that tens of millions of Americans hold dear and we at PublicSq. are glad to be providing a platform for those Americans to connect with thousands of businesses that would never contribute corporate profits towards the killing of innocent lives."

"In response to this statement and the potential overturn of Roe V. Wade, PublicSq. will be hosting a Day for Life on Wednesday May 11, 2022 at participating PublicSq. Businesses throughout the country. The Koffie Co., The Village SD, Nini’s Deli and dozens of other businesses around the country will be donating a portion of their proceeds to local pregnancy centers."

"If you are a PublicSq. business and would like to participate, please email pr@publicsq.com."

This response comes at a time when the progressive establishment is once again expecting American corporations to get political. This time it’s in response to the leaked Roe v. Wade draft Supreme Court decision in which a majority of Justices voted to overturn it.

The fallout from that story has resulted in pro-choice activists being up in arms, and organizing protests outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices. Security fencing around the SCOTUS building itself was upgraded by Wednesday morning.
