Federal authorities have arrested two additional men in connection with a fast-moving investigation into an alleged plot to attack the June 14 UFC Freedom 250 event held at the White House.

Per the Department of Justice, William Lee “Spartacus” Falkner was arrested on June 19 and appeared in US District Court in Tacoma. He is charged in the Western District of Washington with conspiracy to commit murder. Jordan W. Rincker, 28, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested June 21 and appeared in US District Court in Kansas City. He is charged in the Western District of Missouri with conspiracy to commit murder.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said, “Law enforcement continues to do what it does — move to disrupt and hold accountable those allegedly plotting to do harm on the White House Grounds on June 14.”

Federal Bureau of Investigation Director Kash Patel said the arrests reflect a coordinated national effort. “In just over a week we have executed a multi-state operation… to once again stop a potentially deadly plot before alleged criminals could act,” he said, adding that the FBI and its partners would “find you no matter where you hide, and you will face justice.”

According to court filings, the investigation began after the parents of an alleged co-conspirator in Ohio alerted authorities to weapons purchases and concerning online activity. Investigators reviewing communications and device data identified Falkner and others allegedly involved in the planning. Prosecutors say Falkner had experience with drones and discussed outfitting them with explosives and coordinating an attack designed to create chaos at the event. One alleged plan described using drones to force crowds toward exits where shooters would be positioned.

Authorities say communications referenced a “work trip” connected to the scheduled UFC event, which was later described as cancelled after earlier arrests. One co-conspirator allegedly stated the objective was to generate enough chaos to “bring about the overthrow of the US government.”

This is a breaking story.
