The final report has revealed that the grand jury had recommended charges against 21 other people.
On Friday, a judge in Georgia released the grand jury’s final report from their investigation into allegations that 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump and his allies attempted to overturn the results of the election in the state.
The grand jury’s findings led to the indictment of 19 defendants: Trump, Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, Jenna Ellis, Ray Smith, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Michael Roman, Misty Hampton, Robert Cheeley, Scott Hall, Stephen Lee, Harrison Floyd, Trevian Kutti, David Schafer, Shawn Still, and Cathy Latham.
The report has revealed that the grand jury had recommended charges against 21 other people.
These include former Senator David Purdue, pro-Trump attorney Lin Wood, Georgia Lt Gov Burt Jones, and Senator Lindsey Graham.
19 jurors voted to bring charges against Jones, on counts of filing false documents, false statements and writings, forgery in the first degree, and criminal solicitation "with respect to the gathering Republican electors at the Georgia State Capitol on December 14th, 2020."
13 jurors voted to bring the charge of commission of a crime as including criminal attempt against Graham, as well as 20 for Wood, "with respect to the national effort to overturn the 2020 presidential election" in states such as Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania."
Also included in the recommended charges were former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn, former Georgia senator William Ligon, former Senator Kelly Loeffler, and former Trump advisor Boris Epshteyn.
