Diamond, of the popular conservative influencer duo Diamond and Silk, has passed away. Diamond's legal name was Ineitha Lynette Hardaway.
Donald Trump responded to the tragic news with a post on his Truth Social account:
"Really bad news for Republicans and frankly, ALL Americans. Our beautiful Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, has just passed away at her home in the State she loved so much, North Carolina. Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing. There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond’s death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!"
Conservative luminaries were quick to offer their sincere symapthies.

Diamond and Silk, two sisters from Fayetteville, NC, rose to prominence around 2015 for supporting Donald Trump's presidential campaign. They were registered as Democrats in 2012.
On April 26, 2018, they testified at a House Judiciary Committee hearing and called out big tech for social media censorship.
