Two more banks have been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee as a result.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has revealed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has at least two more FD-1023 forms, which relate to informants, relating to the Biden family’s business ventures. Two more banks have been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee as a result.
Greene revealed on Human Events with Jack Posobiec that the discovery came after reviewing the FBI informant document on Thursday, which revealed that Biden during his time as Vice President received $5 million from Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company his son Hunter served on the board of.
Greene told host Jack Posobiec that "the 1023 form I read yesterday pulled up two other 1023 forms."
"And so next week, Chairman Comer and Congressman Raskin will be going in and reading those two forms and then our two subpoenas to banks involving bank statements and bank accounts with Ukraine, we sent those out today.
"So we’re going to keep tracking this information down."
In connection to the business deal, Greene said that the committee has issued to subpoenas to gather information about the Ukrainian transactions. The committee has already subpoenaed at least four different banks including the Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
“We’re giving out subpoenas for two more banks. And this has to do with bank accounts related to Ukraine. So, we’re digging deeper into this,” Greene told Breitbart News. “We were hoping to find, you know, actual transactions that relate to this 1023 form.”
Greene said that she took notes inside the secure area while reviewing Thursday’s 1023 form, but had to leave those notes behind. She made a second batch of notes outside of the secured area.
“But as soon as I filed my notes, it was really fresh in my mind, because I read it a couple times,” she said. “So I made my own notes separately — in a separate room, not in the SCIF, but in a separate room.”
“The form references two separate 1023 [forms],” she said, referring to two additional FD-1023 forms that were mentioned in the FBI informant document reviewed on Thursday.
“It’s on white paper, printed paper, eight by 11 normal paper. It looks like just a report,” she said.
“The form is written in chronological time,” Green continued. “The date of the 1023 that I read yesterday is June 30, 2020. But it tells chronological order, starting in 2015, 2016.”
Greene said she believes the form is credible because the FBI believes the informant is a "highly credible" source, with history dating back to the Obama administration.
“The FBI told us [that] they just think he’s their best one,” she said. “Everything he hands over is true. Everything he hands over is valuable. Everything he hands over is accurate.”
