President-elect Donald Teump delivered the keynote, closing speech during Turning Point USA's America Fest in Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday, outlining his plan to secure U.S. borders, combat drug trafficking, and reclaim the Panama Canal if fairness isn’t upheld. Citing the surge of illegal immigration under outgoing President Joe Biden, the fentanyl crisis, and issuing a call to stop wokeness, which Trump called "bullsh*t." Trump vowed fast action on his first day back in office.

Trump detailed his priorities: increasing border security drastically, combating drugs, and reclaiming U.S. interests in the Panama Canal.

Trump criticized the state of U.S. borders, claiming, "We had 21 million people come in the past four years… Hundreds of thousands are racing to come across before January 20." He pledged to close the border to illegal aliens and launch "the largest deportation operation in American history," referred to as "Operation Aurora."

Addressing the fentanyl epidemic, Trump said, "The United States has lost 300,000 people a year [to drugs]." He criticized Mexico and announced plans to classify cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. "We’re going to do [ads about] how bad drugs are for you. They ruin your look, your face, your skin, your teeth. If you want to have horrible teeth, take fentanyl," he warned.

“We’re going to do advertise how bad drugs are for you. The ruin your look, your face, your skin, your teeth. If you want to have horrible teeth, take fentanyl," Trump said.

Trump called the Panama Canal a "vital national asset" and lamented its management since the 1977 treaty transferring control to Panama. "We’re being ripped off at the Panama Canal… A secure Panama Canal is crucial for U.S. commerce and rapid deployment of the Navy," he stated, adding that the U.S. might demand its return if fair treatment is not upheld: “The Panama Canal is considered a vital national asset for the United States due to its critical role on the American economy, the whole world economy, and also national security… We’re being ripped off at the Panama Canal… A secure Panama Canal is crucial for US commerce and rapid deployment of the Navy from the Atlantic all the way to the pacific, it’s an incredible thing, and drastically cuts shipping times down by days and even weeks. The US is the number one user of the Panama Canal with over 72 percent of all transits heading to or from US ports.

"So we built it, we’re the ones that use it, they gave it away. Considered one of the great wonders of the world, the Panama Canal opened for business 110 years ago and was built at huge cost to the United States and it really is big when you consider the lives and the treasure, the equivalent of 1.2 trillion dollars today... When Jimmy Carter gave it away for one dollar… During his term in office, it was solely for Panama to manage and not for China or any other country to manage. You see what’s going on there.”

Trump highlighted several key nominations, including Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Secretary of Health and Human Services. He linked the latter to concerns over rising autism rates: "Think of this: 25 years ago, autism [affected] 1 in 10,000 children. Today, it’s 1 in 36 children. Is something wrong? I think so. Robert and I, we’re going to figure it out."

Trump also promised to "stop the transgender lunacy," announcing executive orders to end "child sexual mutilation": "Under the Trump administration, it will be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female," he declared.

Trump criticized the Biden administration’s energy policies, pledging to end restrictions on energy production and declaring a national energy emergency. He also touted the Department of Government Efficiency, to be led by Elon Musk.

He also pledged "to stop woke," calling it "bullsh*t", saying that the US would bring in a new era of "peace, prosperity and national greatness" under his administration. Trump pledged to cut taxes, cut inflation and slash prices, and bring manufacturing back to the United States.

"We are one people, one family, and one glorious nation under God... We will never back down and we will never ever ever surrender. Together we will fight, fight, fight, and win, win, win. Together we will Make America Powerful Again, Make America Wealthy Again, we will Make America Healthy Again, we will Make America Strong Again, we will Make America Proud Again, we will Make America Safe Again, and we will Make America Great Again," the president-elect concluded before walking off to YMCA by the Village People.
