BREAKING: Trump BLASTS Kamala for complaint-filled DNC speech: 'Why didn't she do the things that she's complaining about'

"Why didn't she do the things that she's complaining about? All of these things that she talked about, we’re gonna do this, we’re gonna do that, we’re gonna do everything, but she didn’t do any of it. She could have done it three and a half years ago."

Speaking with Fox News following Kamala Harris’ keynote speech to close out the Democratic National Convention Thursday night, 2024 GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump questioned why Harris, as the current vice president, hasn’t already addressed the issues she says she will tackle under a Harris-led White House.

"Why didn't she do the things that she's complaining about? All of these things that she talked about, ‘We’re gonna do this, we’re gonna do that, we’re gonna do everything,’ but she didn’t do any of it. She could have done it three and a half years ago," Trump told Fox over the phone immediately following Harris' speech.

"She could do it tonight by leaving the auditorium and going to Washington, DC and closing the border. She doesn’t need a bill, I didn’t have a bill. I closed the border and created the safest border we’ve ever had in the history of our country."

"She could have done all of these things and she could still do them, Trump continued, adding that Harris has around five months left before inauguration day and the end of the Biden-Harris administration.

Trump said that Harris’ speech was "a lot of complaining" and the Democratic presidential nominee didn’t talk about China, fracking, crime, poverty in the US, child trafficking, and a laundry list of other topics.

He said that Harris, as border czar, has presided over the "weakest border in the history of this country. It’s an invasion" taking place at the southern border.

"She talks, but she doesn’t do, it’s no action."

Trump also noted that Harris had turned down the Fox News debate, which would have seen the two candidates on the stage sooner than the ABC News one scheduled for September 10.

"I was going to debate on September 4, but she turned it down. And I’m willing to debate her on — I don’t like ABC, I think ABC is probably the worst of the group, but I’m willing to do ABC. I was willing to do CNN with Joe Biden and you saw what happened there," Trump said.

The hosts eventually shut down the conversation as Trump was still speaking, moving it over to Gutfeld.
