BREAKING: Trump says all documents signed by Biden with autopen are 'hereby terminated'

President Donald Trump declared on Friday that documents signed by former President Joe Biden through the use of an autopen have been terminated and are "of no further force or effect."

"Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States."

"The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

Trump has repeatedly criticized Biden over his usage of the autopen, saying in July that it "is maybe one of the biggest scandals we’ve had in 50 to 100 years. This is a tremendous scandal."
 

"The people on the other side of the resolute desk … they’re no good. They’re sick people, and I guarantee it, he knew nothing about what he was signing. I guarantee it. So they’re going to figure it out, and we’ll see what happens."

He continued, "you know what the autopen is supposed to do? Sign thousands of letters from young people that write. I get, we get thousands of letters a week, I mean, tens of thousands. Sometimes I look at a room, there’s a room where we have many many people working, responding and sending letters back. That’s what the autopen is supposed to be, to write to a young seven-year-old boy that writes to the President, and he wants to be president someday, and he loves America."

"That's what the autopen is supposed to be. It’s not supposed to be for signing major legislation and all other things. No. And I doubt he knew, I doubt they even spoke to him about it. I think they, it’s called the free-wheeling autopen. Like, Biden was never for open borders. Biden was never for transgender for everyone."

A House Oversight report found that Biden’s senior staff "were willing to conceal the president’s cognitive deterioration as they all stood to gain significantly—financially, politically, and professionally— by continuing to operate the presidency from behind the scenes."

"The investigation revealed holes in the chain of custody of the president’s decision binder, which contained decision memos to be signed or initialed by President Biden when approving or disapproving executive actions, as well as numerous instances in which the president’s approval for an executive action or the chief of staff’s approval of signature by autopen was not memorialized.

"Among the most flagrant of these instances are the clemency actions taken in the final days of the Biden presidency, which not only lacked a decision memo, but also raised serious concerns from President Biden’s own Department of Justice ethics attorneys about whether 'the President was aware of the [criminal] backgrounds when making clemency decisions' involving violent convicted criminals."
