It has become quite clear that the Liberals are running scared.
They are ignoring one of the most basic crisis communications strategies: If there’s bad information, get it out all at once.
Instead, the Liberals continue to desperately try and hide information, meaning it gets released drip by drip, making the scandal worse and worse with each passing day.
For example, Bardish Chagger testified on the scandal, yet neglected to mention she had spoke to a WE co-founder days before the contract was given. Then, we learned that Justin Trudeau and the Liberals had lied to all of us when they claimed the contract was with the WE Charity.
Instead, the contract was with the WE Foundation, a real estate holding company that hasn’t done any charitable work.
As if that wasn’t enough, Bill Morneau revealed in disastrous testimony that WE had covered $41,000 in vacation expenses from when he visited WE outside Canada along with his family.
He only repaid the expenses today, literally the same day he testified.
Think about that again. He only repaid the expenses on the day he was set to testify, despite already knowing that he was being criticized for his ties to the charity – given that his daughter works for them.
As Pierre Poilievre noted, how did Morneau not realize who had paid for all this?

Of course, Morneau expects a life of luxury, which we saw years ago when he forgot to disclose the fact that he owns a villa in France.
But this is more than just elitism or arrogance.
This is now a pattern of behaviour with the Liberals, who appear to believe that our hard-earned tax dollars are nothing more than tools for their own enrichment, and the enrichment of their friends.
They have lied repeatedly, and their attempts to continue lying and hiding the truth makes all of us wonder: What else are they hiding?
What else really went on? What else have they done with the money they’ve taken away from us?
Clearly, the real truth is even far worse than what we’ve learned so far.
