British sex offender Chloe Thompson will soon be receiving an additional sentence. This after Thompson for indecently exposed themselves three times in one day out in public.

42-year-old Thompson, a veteran, was caught rubbing against a public garbage bin shortly before using a sex toy in a Teesside alleyway on August 13 of last year, according to Metro.

A couple shouted at Thompson, who ran away. On the same day, Thompson exposed themself near their residence, and reportedly thrust their hips into a fence.

According to Metro, a witness said that Thompson looked at her and the group she was with "as if Thompson wanted them to notice her."

Thompson later, while inside their home, flashed their butt and thrust against the window, where three children reportedly saw the lewd acts as they drove by.

Thompson has 17 previous convictions for 22 offenses, including sexual assault of a minor in 2011.

Thompson appeared in court in May of last year, prior to the string of indecent exposures, for opening a TikTok account without informing the police which goes against the 10-year notification requirement imposed after the sexual assault case.

It was during this court appearance that authorities discovered Thompson had changed their name by a deed poll, which is a legal document expressing an intention, according to Metro.

Prior to coming out as transgender, Thompson had already been placed on the sex offender’s registry under Thompson's former name, Andrew McNab.

In response to the order breech, Thompson was given a suspended sentence. In response to the most recent string of crimes, Thompson plead guilty on February 15 of this year.

Thompson was supposed to be sentenced by the Teesside Crown Court on Tuesday, but Judge Stephen Carroll said he wanted to first investigate whether "structures can be in place to protect the public from such behaviour" if he ultimately decides to suspend Thompson's jail sentence.

Carroll requested that the probation service produce a report on whether Thompson could cooperate with the terms of a suspended sentence.

He stressed that the "unpleasantness" of the crimes meant that a custodial sentence could be "inevitable."

"The only thing I need to find out is whether it could be suspended, given the challenges you faced and the time," he said, referring to what the defense described as the "difficult time Thompson is having with her gender identity."

Thompson’s lawyer added: "[Thompson] is trying to make changes but certainly at the start of that process felt somewhat isolated and erratic in her behaviour."

While Carroll acknowledged the "work that has been done during this time," he added that Thompson’s "overtly sexualised" behaviour in front of families and children was "repugnant and offensive."

Speaking directly to Thompson, Carroll said: "You are entitled to appropriate respect and courtesy and assistance in facing the challenges ahead of you but that respect goes both ways. Other people living their lives are entitled to courtesy and respect."

"Thompson was convicted of committing a public nuisance by indecent exposure, exposing her penis to members of the public while performing a sex act upon herself and outraging public decency," according to Metro.

Thompson is scheduled to be sentenced on April 26, and has been granted conditional bail until that time.
