Illegal immigrant kidnaps Chinese migrant, holds her as sex slave in trailer for a week: Texas police

An illegal immigrant from Honduras has been arrested in Texas after allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman he held captive for nearly a week inside a trailer home.

22-year-old Jose Armando Carcamo-Perdomo was arrested earlier this month by Harris County authorities and faces charges of aggravated kidnapping and assault. Police found the victim, identified only as a Chinese migrant, being held captive in his home in Houston. Investigators said she traveled from New York to Houston after being offered a higher-paying massage job, but when she arrived, her passport was confiscated, and she was locked inside a closet without food or water.

“She tried to leave, but this defendant carried her back inside the residence without her consent,” said a Harris County judge. “He tied her up and then sexually assaulted her.”

The woman managed to escape after being held for five days, but was caught by Carcamo-Perdomo and dragged back into the trailer. A neighbor witnessed the incident, however,  and immediately called police. Officers arrived to find the woman “bound by her hands” inside the trailer.

“There was a small closet with a piece of wood across the door that was screwed into the frame,” Lieutenant John Klafka told Fox News. “They were able to rip that piece of wood off and open the door. It had been tied up. She had some type of object like a sock or something that was used to bound her hands.”

Authorities believe the case could be part of a broader sex trafficking operation. 

According to the Department of Homeland Security, Carcamo-Perdomo illegally entered the US in 2020 and was issued a notice to appear after a traffic stop. However, in 2023, his immigration case was dismissed by a judge.

“This heinous criminal illegal alien was freely roaming our interior and terrorizing American communities,” DHS said in a statement posted on X. “Under the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE is working day and night to remove the MILLIONS of illegal aliens in our interior. LAW AND ORDER WILL PREVAIL!”
