An illegal immigrant has been charged with allegedly sexually abusing a teenage girl after the federal government sent her to live with him as part of the Biden administration's program to place “unaccompanied alien children” in the homes of "sponsors" around the US.

Wilson Manfredo Lopez-Carillo, 37, was taken into custody by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office in Florida last month. Following his arrest, he was charged with three counts of sexual assault of a minor, Illegal Alien Crimes reported the case first on X with the charging documents.

The victim was identified as arriving in the US as a 16-year-old in court documents, which said that she “reported three instances of sexual battery by [redacted] all occurring in February 2024. [Redacted] stated that [redacted] was not present during these incidents, as she would be out with her children selling tamales to support the family. She explained that [redacted] took advantage of [redacted’s] absence to abuse her."

Charging documents added that while the teen girl was in the kitchen, Lopez-Carillo “grabbed her, and took her to his bedroom. He removed her pants and underwear and proceeded to sexually batter her."

In a second incident, he offered the teen $100 to keep quiet about the alleged sexual assault, which she did not accept at the time. She reported the alleged crimes to the police but said that she was delayed in doing so because of "fear of retribution from [redacted], who had threatened her," the charging documents added.

The girl was able to escape from the house after an adult woman living there became suspicious of Lopez-Carillo and confronted him, and the girl was then given three days to leave. After staying at a friend's house, the girl contacted law enforcement to report the incident.

After contacting police, the minor set up a recorded call with Lopez-Carillo, where she asked him why he would assault her. On the call, Lopez-Carillo attempted to justify the actions and “tried to downplay their significance” as well as “attempted to shift the blame onto [redacted]."

“When confronted about the possibility of a pregnancy, due to unprotected sex, he mentioned giving [the victim] a pill,” the police added in the report. Lopez-Carillo is being held without bail in Palm Beach County, Florida jail.
