"I am going to kill every Jew in Fort Wayne and there is nothing you can do about it," he wrote, with another message stating "I am going to shoot every pro-israel [sic] US government official in the head."
Jeffrey "Zayed" Stevens, 41, of Fort Wayne has been charged with interstate communication of a threat. Stevens allegedly issued violent death threats in posts on social media and through comments and direct messages on government websites.
On Tuesday, the US District Court in Fort Wayne unsealed the documents in the case which was investigated by the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. He has been booked into the Huntington County Jail, according to WISH 8.
Court documents state that Stevens issued multiple threats to Fort Wayne police indicating his plans to kill Jews via Facebook messenger.
"I am going to kill every Jew in Fort Wayne and there is nothing you can do about it," Stevens reportedly said to FWPD.
On Nov. 17, investigators say that Stevens threatened to kill every "pro-Israel US government official." The threat was issued in a comment on a post on the CIA's website.
"I am going to shoot every pro-israel [sic] US government official in the head, and there is nothing you can do about it because you are the pathetic CIA. I am going to kill all of you," Stevens reportedly wrote.
On Dec. 10, in another post on the CIA's website, Stevens claimed his support for the Palestinian territory and issued an additional threat.
"People will remember me. I am going to be the pro-Palestinian who finally had enough that i [sic] started eliminating CIA operatives. … I am going to make sure that every CIA member who is pro-Israel is eliminated," wrote Stevens, according to investigators.
Authorities said that Stevens allegedly admitted to making the threat on the CIA's website.
Jeffrey J. Stevens, who goes by the name "Zayed", appears to have recently converted to Islam, according to his personal Facebook account. He claims to be a devout pro-Palestinian activist and has expressed an extreme hatred of Jews and Zionists. Stevens is also a self-proclaimed journalist who covers the Middle East, according to his profile.
On Jan. 30, Stevens called on the American people to stop the Israeli government in a post on Facebook, referring to Zionists as "cowards."
"The most moral army in the world, harassing Palestinian women and children. Zionists are cowards. The American government won't stop them, so it is time for the American people to do something," he wrote.
In another post on Jan. 30, Stevens issued plans to organize nationwide demonstrations at every Israeli consulate in the United States.
"I want to organize simultaneous demonstrations at each zionist consulate here in the United States," he wrote. "Please send me a message if you can help."
Furthermore, Stevens, who is a white male, has made references to "Allahu Akbar" and worshipping at local mosques. It's unclear when he converted to Islam.
On January 31, Stevens wrote about an incident that occurred when he was at a local mosque for Dhuhr prayer.
"I had a unique experience today that I won't forget anytime soon. I was at a local mosque for Dhuhr prayer. I was running late, so I was trying to finish wudu as quickly as I could. I went to wash out my nose, and the brother next to me said, 'Dang, bro. It's water, not cocaine. Calm down a bit. Just get your nose wet. You don't have to snort it,'" he wrote.
"If he only knew the old me. It took everything I had to stop laughing as we began prayer. I am still learning," he added, according to his post on Facebook.
Furthermore, Stevens sent out the Muslim war cry, "Allahu Akbar," in a Facebook post on Feb. 1.
