Elon Musk and Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson both agreed on Tuesday that Britain is right to ban puberty blockers for kids. Peterson went one step further, saying that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is “culpable in child mutilation and sterilization.”

Britain’s National Health Service – the country’s medicare system – will no longer provide puberty blockers to minors under the age of 18.

X owner and executive chairman Musk posted on his social media platform that “Britain has actually looked at the data, which is why they’re shutting down puberty blockers for kids – they do far more harm than good.”

The response from Peterson, an outspoken critic of gender ideology, went further as he castigated Trudeau’s consistent support for euphemistic “gender-affirming care.”

“Excuse me @JustinTrudeau," Peterson's post began. “I'm a psychologist. Despite the best efforts of your ideological allies, I told your idiot Senators in 2016 that your idiot virtue-signaling Bill C16 would cause a psychogenic epidemic among young women."

“Now I'm telling you something else: the Brits have woken up and banned puberty blockers for kids. As they should have. But the butchers are still operating in Canada,” Peterson continued.

“You're culpable in child mutilation and sterilization. If it was up to me you'd be tried for it. Along with all the other butchers and enablers.”

“For shame, Canada," Peterson concluded.

Although Trudeau continues to support gender ideology in the schools, some provinces like New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, and Alberta are pushing back.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has banned sex change surgeries for children under the age of 17 and puberty blockers for children under the age of 15.

Smith revealed last January that under the new rules, anyone younger than 17 years old will not be able to access "top and bottom gender reassignment surgeries," and those under 15 years will be prevented from receiving puberty blockers and hormone therapies aimed at interfering with their natural sexual development. Women's sports will also be protected by barring biological males who claim to be females from competing.

Conservative Party of Canada leader Pierre Poilievre has also said he opposes puberty blockers for children as he told Trudeau to stop interfering with provincial education rights.
