A female JPMorgan executive has been accused of using her status at the company to sexually abuse and harass a subordinate employee. The male junior staffer has accused her of drugging him, subjecting him to unwanted sexual encounters, as well as using racial slurs against him while she threatened his career.

Lorna Hajdini, 37, who is an executive director at JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, has been accused in a court filing of coercing a married, male subordinate into “non-consensual and humiliating sex acts” over the course of months even though he wanted it to stop, per the Daily Mail.

The accuser, anonymously identified as John Doe in the filing, said that she drugged him with “roofies” on multiple occasions as well as berated him as she performed sex acts on him against his will. Doe, who is Asian, was on Hajdini’s team at the company. He alleges in May 2024, that Hajdini, while she bent down to pick up a pen she dropped by his desk, rubbed his leg and squeezed his calf. “Oh, you did play basketball in college? … I love basketball players… they get me so wet,” he claimed she said.

The alleged sexual advances would then become more explicit, according to the complaint. Later that same day, Doe said in the complaint that the executive invited him out for drinks. He declined the invite, and in response he claimed that she said, “If you don’t f*ck me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f*cking own you.”

Doe claims that Hajdini advanced on him demanding that she give him oral sex. In one instance, Doe alleged that she said, “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”

Doe says that he tried to resist the advances, but that she threatened professional retribution in the company. If he wanted to be promoted, he would have to start “pleasing” her, according to the complaint. “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy,” Doe alleges she said during at an event.

Doe claimed that during that same event, she repeatedly groped him and spat on her hands to run them over his neck and head. Doe claims that the advances turned to sexual assault, citing two witnesses for the events.

Doe also claims that Hajdini dosed him with date-rape drugs to incapacitate him for sexual encounters. “Do you want to get promoted at year end or not?” Hajdini warned him at one time in summer of 2024, according to the lawsuit. “Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this.”

The woman then allegedly removed her shirt, started to fondle her breasts, and said, “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons.” Doe claimed she then forcibly removed his pants and performed oral sex on him against his will. The complaint then claims he began to cry and would not get erection. Hajdini allegedly yelled at him for this.

"Stop f*cking crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You’re a f*cking douche bag who thinks he’s hot sh*t, but you can’t even get your d*ck hard for me? What the f*ck is this?" she allegedly said.

In another encounter, Hajdini allegedly ordered him to suck her toes, pushed him to the ground, and sat on his face. “I’m very uncomfortable, please, Lorna, please, I’m begging you,” he said in response, per the complaint.

She allegedly laughed and said that at least his genitals didn’t “taste like curry.” Hajdini allegedly said that she “owned” him, according to the complaint.

During an encounter in September 2024, the executive allegedly yelled at him, “I f*cking own you! I will make you pay… Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner. You really think [management]... want some Brown boy Indian leading Originations?... If you don’t f*ck my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.”

JPMorgan has denied the claims in the lawsuit and Hajdini is still employed at the company. Doe has claimed that the company took actions to retaliate against him after he filed his report about Hajdini.

Doe is seeking damages from lost earnings, emotional distress, as well as reputational harm.
