The community will include "Islamic Schools, college, masjid, retirement home for elderly (including assisted living), clinics, retails shops, and more."
"I'm sure many of you have heard of the amazing project that we're doing, known as EPIC City," said Qadhi, who added that the center is "constructing an entire city half an hour from downtown Dallas, literally 30 minutes from our own Plano Masjid over here. It's going to be a city of over 1000 people."
Qadhi said that phase one of the project sold out "within days" of being launched on its website, and because of this demand, the organization is “now opening up EPIC Ranches.”
“EPIC Ranches is an exclusive opportunity for those who want to be within minutes of EPIC City, but also want larger plots,” Qadhi said “We have two EPIC Ranches. EPIC Ranches one begins with one acreage and goes up to five acreages.”
"And EPIC Ranches two has plots of half acre and also investment opportunities for those who want to build condominiums. Brothers and sisters, this is a limited-time opportunity. It is an amazing time to invest for the future, not only in yourselves but of your children after you, we are, Inshallah, going to change the entire dawah scene by demonstrating to the world what it means to be a Muslim living in the West."
Qadhi wrote in a post to X that the community will include "Islamic Schools, college, masjid, retirement home for elderly (including assisted living), clinics, retails shops, and more....all within walking distance, surrounded by a loving, safe community in a neighborhood of friends and family," and is open to "non-Americans as well."
The two EPIC Ranches sites combined contain 110 lots for homes and an additional 27 lots for townhomes, per the housing development's website.
Land acquisition began in September, according to the center, with 402 acres being purchased for EPIC City in Josephine, Texas. At the center of the community is a mosque.

If only we could have a military 'mishap' of a B-2 on a training mission.
