Kamala Harris says she is ready to take over as President of United States

“Every vice president understands that when they take the oath, that they must be very clear about the responsibility they may have to take over the job of being president.”

Vice President Kamala Harris admitted in an interview with the Associated Press that she is ready to take over the role of President of the United States if Joe Biden, 80, can no longer fulfill his required duties. This after massive recent speculation that Biden might either be stepping down or will forgo seeking reelection due to alleged declining cognitive health.
During the interview, the AP reporter asked Ms. Harris if she feels prepared to "step into the role" as US President if necessary, citing President Biden's age and other speculations.

"Well, first of all, I'm answering your hypothetical," VP Harris said. "But Joe Biden's gonna be fine, right? So that is not gonna come to fruition."
"But let us also understand that every vice president, every vice president, understands that when they take the oath, that they must be very clear about the responsibility they may have to take over the job of being president," Harris asserted. "I am no different."
Speculation surrounding President Biden's ability to lead the free world has increased in recent months following many gaffes, botched press briefings, and signs that signal Biden might not be the Democrat nominee for the US 2024 Presidential Election.
Most recently, the Biden administration slammed California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom for agreeing to debate Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis, although Newsom has not yet announced his candidacy or official plans to run in 2024.
Furthermore, during a recent episode of Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec, guest Scott Adams and Posobiec explained that the Biden administration is showing "little signals" that suggest Biden "might be done." This includes Biden's absence during the election cycle, which is abnormal for a running candidate, and his recent visit to Maui in which he appeared to fall asleep during a briefing for the survivors of the Lahaina wildfires.
