Another shooting happened in Seattle’s autonomous zone last night

The first reports of the shooting took place at 10:42 p.m., with the emergency response putting the scene of the incident at Harvard Avenue and East Pine Street, though it was not clear exactly where it had taken place, according to the Seattle Times.

One person arrived in a private vehicle at Harborview Medical Center with a gunshot wound, Susan Gregg, hospital spokeswoman, said. The person was in serious condition.

Shauna Sowersby took to Twitter after the event, posting a photo of a window that had been shot through in what appears to be a drive-by shooting, with one of the bullets allegedly hitting a bystander.

And here:

Sowersby added: "Asked a gentleman who stands watch at one of the #CHOP entrances how he was feeling after the shootings from today and Friday, 'I’m angry. I wish they would come talk to us instead of shooting at us.'"

Shawn Whiting recorded more than 4 hours of footage leading up to the incident and uploaded it to Twitch for his viewers. Whiting was approached by a man who said, "give me that f**cking phone, n***a, what the f**k you doing, dog?" And the man continued by telling Whiting to "delete that shit." The man did not know the phone was recording the whole time, capturing the effort to delete the footage of the incident.

And here again:

There were also reports of a second shooting in CHOP Sunday evening, but the reports were conflicting and could not be verified.

Sunday was the second day of reported shootings in the area, with two people being shot and one killed on Saturday. When police attempted to respond to the Saturday incident, they were met with resistance from those with CHOP, making it difficult to get access to the crime scene.

The Twitter user @hollymathnerd tweeted early Sunday morning about the Saturday incident: "CHAZ declared itself a cop-free zone not subject to US jurisdiction. Then a shooting, and they’re furious bc paramedics (from the US) wouldn’t enter without the police protection that CHAZ refused to permit. Welcome to a police-abolished world. Life comes at you fast."

Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant even chalked up the Saturday shooting that resulted in the death of 19-year-old Lorenzo Anderson to a "right-wing attack," despite evidence to the contrary.

Komo News reported that "the individuals involved in the [Saturday] shooting may have had previous history and that it seemed to [have] escalated because of 'gang affiliations.'"

Ian Miles Cheong shared a video on Twitter, saying: "First person view of the CHAZ/CHOP shooting in Seattle, filmed at 2am, June 20th. Two were shot, one killed. It wasn't some "gang of white nationalists" but rather a dispute between some of the insurgents."
