Investigators with San Antonio police said that Wenske had replied in April to a post about Turning Point’s forthcoming women’s leadership summit, writing, "I know exactly where to bomb." He added in another post, "I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort."
An email from an account registered to Wenske said, per court documents, "Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event."
Kirk, who became CEO of the organization following the killing of her husband, Charlie Kirk, is scheduled to speak at the Turning Point USA Women’s Leadership Summit, which will take place at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk between June 5 and 7.
