A new report reveals that a member of the Commission on Presidential Debates has ties to two entities that render her involvement questionable. Commissioner Antonia Hernandez can be linked to both aa group connected to the Chinese Communist Party and a Soros-funded anti-Trump organization.
The Pulse notes that commissioner Antonia Hernandez is listed as an affiliate of the Berggruen Institute. The institute listed her as part of the "Berggruen network,” which The Pulse reports "also lists five fellows at Chinese Communist Party-funded universities and two members of the pro-China lobby group and Confucius Institute-sponsoring Asia Society.”
Also a part of the same network is Ronnie Chan, who The Pulse revealed governs the China-United States Exchange Foundation, a registered foreign agent funded by the Chinese Communist Party.
The report reveals numerous additional ties between the Institute and the CCP, as well as its ties to the Transition Integrity Project, noting that the projects co-founder is also the Berggruen Institute Vice President of Programs.
The National Pulse exposed the Soros-funded Transition Integrity Project in August, noting that the organization misleadingly claims to be both non-partisan and bi-partisan, and that it has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. The group maintains that Trump seeks to steal the election, and claims to exist to protect America in that regard.
In September, The Pulse revealed the organization to be adverse to Constitutional norms, having called the Electoral college “profoundly anti-democratic."
