Don Lemon tried to stop his accuser from speaking out on Megyn Kelly’s podcast

On Wednesday, it was reported that Don Lemon's attorney, Caroline Polisi, sent a letter to conservative pundit Megyn Kelly after she interviewed the CNN host's accuser, Dustin Hice.

According to the letter, obtained by Radar Online, Polisi accuses Kelly of providing a "lopsided and inaccurate" description of the events that allegedly took place between Lemon and Hice in 2018.

"Although you advertise your podcast as featuring 'honest' conversations without 'BS' or 'agenda'," Polisi adds, "your podcast today, in which you interviewed Dustin Hice, reveals that you only pay lip service to journalistic ethics."

Polisi refers to the allegations put forth by Hice as "outlandish" and "fabricated."

During his interview with Kelly, Hice claimed that Lemon had put his hand down his own pants, rubbed his genitals and then put his fingers in Hice’s face, before asking him, "Do you like p***y or d**k?"

"Anybody that acts like that in public without any fear of what it might it do to somebody or the consequences it might have, that’s a pattern," Hice suggested.

"I wouldn’t be surprised," Hice continued. "He’s protected by the fact that he’s African American, gay man on television and I’m just some nobody."

Lemon has repeatedly denied the allegations and accused Hice of having "previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts."
