Sukhbinder "Sunny" Saini, aged 61 and living in Brampton, is the “owner” of the Brampton area driving school, although it appears that the school has not been formalized in any way shape or form in the province of Ontario.
According to the Peel Police, Saini had been advertising his services using the internet, and because of these, there is the possibility that there may be other victims that haven’t come forward yet.
Saini has been arrested and charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Exploitation. He had his first court appearance to answer the charges on the 25thof September in the Brampton Court of Justice.
Anyone having any more information regarding this case, or any other criminal incident in which Saini may have been involved, are asked to contact the local Special Victims Unit involved in this investigation. at 905-453-2121 ext. 3400.
People may also contact Crime Stoppers or Brampton police.
