Here’s the full clip of Joe Rogan comparing Joe Biden to a flashlight with a dying battery

"Biden, to me, is like having a flashlight with a dying battery and going for a long hike in the woods," Rogan stated on camera during an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience Podcast from November 2019. "It is not going to work out. It's not going to make it."

As Rogan spoke, guest Matt Taibbi laughed at the analogy. "He's so faded," Rogan added before Taibbi commented, acknowledging that the 77-year-old candidate "has his moments on the campaign trail" when speaking given that conditioned politicians regurgitate content on "cruise control."

"But every now and then, he'll stop in the middle of it and this look of terror comes over, like 'Where am I? What town am I in?'" Taibbi charaded.

Taibbi then noted how Biden once confused Vermont for New Hampshire.

When the then-Democratic presidential frontrunner held a press gaggle in August 2019, Biden asked about his impression of Keene, New Hampshire, where he spent a majority of his weekend appealing to voters.

"What's not to like about Vermont in terms of the beauty of it?" Biden responded, mixing the two New England states. "And what a neat town. I mean this is sort of a scenic, beautiful town...everybody has been really friendly. I like Keene a lot."

"He's clearly old," Rogan concluded.

A shorter version of this clip was tweeted out by President Donald Trump on Tuesday, causing many on the left to collapse on their fainting couches.

Biden has been cited for a series of gaffes from misplacements to time lapses.

In August 2019, the Democratic ticket corrected himself during remarks at a fundraiser in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

Biden, who often recounts Trump's press conference commentary at Trump Tower regarding the 2017 Charlottesville riots as the reason he entered the presidential race, described to attendees at the nearly 300 person event the purported rise of white nationalism under the Trump administration.

Pivoting, Biden referenced his own speech in Burlington, Iowa, from the previous week when he accused the president of "fueling a literal carnage" in the country with his rhetoric, but initially misspoke and asserted that his speech took place in "Burlington, Vermont."

That same month and year, Biden also claimed that he was vice president during the Stoneman Douglas shooting in Parkland, Florida, even though it took place almost 13 months after Vice President Mike Pence took over.

While speaking to donors at a fundraiser in San Diego, Biden misstated the locations of the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, as "the tragic events in Houston today and also in Michigan the day before."

Adding to his pile-up of blunders, the Democratic establishment's pick inaccurately cited that "over 40 kids shot at Kent State on a beautiful lawn by the National Guard" during a 1970 Vietnam War protest at the university. In actuality, four students were killed and nine others injured when members of the Ohio National Guard opened fire on a protesting crowd.
