Hunter Biden moves into $15,800 per month Malibu beach house—Secret Service detail rents adjacent $16,000 home

A report from the Daily Mail revealed that for Hunter, this was actually a downsize. In Hunter's previous home, it was costing around $20,000 for him to live there.

Secret Service's housing will be costing $16,000 per month, coming out of taxpayer funds for the Secret Service budget.

Hunter's new home is a three-bed, three-bath 1950s-style house in a gated community in the state of California. The listing description tell of "mesmerizing ocean views that are the ultimate backdrop for dining alfresco or stargazing over the shimmering Pacific" as well as a "vastly open floor plan, beautiful wood-beamed ceilings and large windows that give the illusion of being fully immersed and in total harmony with nature."

It is a downsizing for the president's son and may be an adjustment because of increased legal fees. He has dropped several lawyers since the DOJ reneged on the "sweetheart deal" Hunter would have received. A full criminal trial may now be more likely and a special counsel has been appointed over the case.

This all takes place amidst the ongoing Congressional investigation into the Biden family which identified $20 million being funneled into bank accounts of Hunter Biden and his associates.

In one previous home in Venice beach, after Hunter and his wife Melissa left, they had allegedly left it in "disarray and disrepair" and were "horrible tenants."

Hunter, 53, and Melissa, 36, will be living in the new home with their son Beau, and Hunter will continue making art.

Secret Service using taxpayer funds for housing has come under scrutiny from left-wing media before when the Service was charged $17,000 per month for a cottage by Mar-a-Lago owned by former President Donald Trump.

The silver lining for taxpayers is that instead of the previous $30,000 per month charge that Secret Service had been paying to protect Hunter in his previous Malibu home, this one is about half the cost.
