Illegal migrant allegedly brutally slays man who took him in

The Jacksonville police found Medina near a lake in the vicinity of the Jacksonville Florida neighborhood in which he was living. He was covered at the time in blood, and there was a trail of blood leading back to Cuellar's dead body. Police believe that Cuellar was stabbed multiple times and hit multiple times with a chair.

"My dad seemed like he was doing a favor for somebody because where [Ulloa] came from they are super poor. We feel that someone asked my dad to do it. My dad was really compassionate like that, he would help someone who needed it," said Mary Carmen Cuellar, one of Francisco's four children, according to the Daily Wire.

It also appears that Medina lied originally at the Texas border when being processed, claiming that he was still a minor at the time.

Border agents confirmed that they are often forced by policy to take migrants' stories as they are, and have no way of verifying information in the absence of any sort of ID being presented. "If they have not been encountered before, their fingerprints tell us nothing," said an agent when being interviewed.

There is currently also no information on how Medina wound up in Jacksonville after crossing the border in Texas. Mary Carmen Cuellar did, however, mention that she believes her father drove to the Jacksonville airport to pick him up.
