Steve Sweeney, the sitting President of the New Jersey Senate, has stated that we will not concede the election he almost certainly lost until the last ballot has been counted.
Sweeney told the press, "The results from Tuesday’s election continue to come in, for instance there were 12,000 ballots recently found in one county. While I am currently trailing in the race, we want to make sure every vote is counted. Our voters deserve that, and we will wait for the final results."

The 58-year-old Durr is considered to have been the ultimate dark-horse candidate. He has absolutely no political experience whatsoever, having worked his whole career as a truck driver for a furniture company.
Also famously, Durr's campaign may be relatively the cheapest political campaign ever in US history. His total costs for the whole campaign are said to have been a mere $153, including a $68 Dunkin Donuts buy as a thank-you for people who helped him.
When asked what he plans to do upon taking office, Durr responded:
"That’s the key factor. I don’t know what I don’t know, but I will learn what I need to know, and I’m going to guarantee one thing - I will be the voice and people will hear me because if there is one thing people will learn about me, I got a big mouth and I don’t shut up when I want to be heard. I’m going to be heard."
