Jussie Smollett seen partying with alleged hate crime attacker days before attack

Photos obtained by TMZ show Smollett hanging out with Abimbola Osundairo on numerous occasions spanning months before the alleged attack, though his brother, Olabinjo, is not depicted in these gatherings.

One photo shows Smollett and Abimbola Osundairo at Joy District Chicago in July of 2018. Another photo, taken on September 28, 2018, shows the two at Liqrbox, where the two reportedly recorded a video together.

Just ten days before the alleged attack on January 29, 2019, the two were photographed at the Electric Hotel in Chicago with a third unidentified man.

While testifying earlier this week, Smollett said that Olabinjo Osundairo, the brother not pictured, "creeped" him out.

Smollett also testified that he and Abimbola Osundairo sometimes engaged in sexual activities with each other.

His defense team argued that Smollett and one of his alleged assailants had dated.

Abimbola Osundairo denied ever dating Smollett, or ever engaging in sexual activity with him.

Smollett has been charged with six counts of disorderly conduct for allegedly staging the fake attack.

Smollett told police he was attacked in the street by two 'MAGA-hat' wearing 'white or pale' male assailants and had bleach poured on him. His assailants allegedly shouted racist and homophobic slurs at him.

Police soon identified the two Osundairo brothers as the men who attacked him by tracing their Uber and taxi rides that night.

When taken into custody, the brothers stated said that Smollett hired them to stage the attack.
