Leftist students violently disrupt TPUSA high school meeting in Missouri, destroy school property

The disgruntled leftist students forced their way into the school's library where the meeting was being held and used violence and intimidation to instill fear in the conservative group advocating for basic principles that align with the nation's founding, according to Turing Point USA.

Upon entering the library, conservative students attempted to engage in civil discourse with the left-wing students, but they refused. The protesters proceeded to interrupt the meeting and repeatedly shouted over the student's speaking.

Left-wing student activists vandalized the TPUSA group's materials and then violently flipped a table over, shattering the glass, a stunt that caused the administration to shut down the group's meeting.

"I feel saddened by the state of some of our student body, that we can't have different opinions without resorting to name calling, bullying, the destruction of school property, and violence," a student named Kali told TPUSA, who was seen in the video being shouted down by the protesters.

"Some students claim that we are all of these hateful things but the actions today show the truth, that it's not our group that does anything hateful at all, but we are subjected to it all the time. My hope is that we can all come together, have great discussions and leave still as friends, even if we still leave with different opinions," Kali added.

Dr. Chad Hertzog, the principal at Lee's Summit West High School, sent a schoolwide email, obtained by TPUSA, which acknowledged the events that occurred. However, there was no mention of violence and intimidation from left-wing students.

Instead, Hertzog said the students that violently disrupted the meeting were just there to "voice their concerns."
