President Donald Trump spoke at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday and announced that he would sign an executive order to create a task force to “eradicate anti-Christian bias” which will be lead by Attorney General Pam Bondi. The US, he said, should "bring religion back.”
Trump also announced that he would be making a "Faith Office" in the White House, which will be headed by Pastor Paula White. In addition to the speech at the Hilton, Trump also spoke at the Capitol in an earlier speech, commenting on the importance of God and religion.

The first portion of the event took place in Statuary Hall, where he said that they were steps away from the Capitol Rotunda, where statues of past presidents such as George Washington and others stand and emphasized Washington's devotion to God during the American Revolution.
He also announced an executive order to create a "National Garden of American Heroes," a park filled with figures of significance in American history. The park will be in celebration of the 250th anniversary of America's founding.
